Food Finder – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using Food Finder, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Our Services

• Food Finder allows users to search, filter, and save restaurants based on dietary preferences, cuisine, and location.
• Access to the App is free for users.
• Restaurants may choose to subscribe or purchase advertising packages for enhanced visibility.

3. User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to save preferences or restaurants.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and any activity under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to:
• Misuse the App (e.g., upload harmful code, spam, or fake reviews).
• Use Food Finder for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Impersonate another person or business.

5. Restaurant Listings

• Information provided about restaurants (menu, hours, pricing, dietary tags, etc.) may be supplied by restaurants, users, or third-party sources.
• While we strive to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that listings are error-free or always up to date.
• Food Finder is not responsible for restaurant services, food quality, or customer experiences.

6. Payments (for Restaurants)

• Restaurants may subscribe to premium packages or advertising services.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and technology within Food Finder are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of restaurant information.
• We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Food Finder and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• The most current version will always be posted in the App with the “Last Updated” date at the top.
• Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
